The crew showed up on time and were very polite and professional. There were 4 of them, they had the right equipment, and they completed the job efficiently. Fidel came by early, while they were working, and again later, after the job was done. I asked if he could have the crew come back to take off some more branches that were hanging into a neighbor's yard, and he did not hesitate to send them back the next day to finish the job to my satisfaction.
