"We hired Studio B for 2 different jobs. They did fairly well on a bathroom repair so we re-hired them to help with a new build project in which they would level a portion of the floor, lay down laminate, install a sink and finish a set of stairs. It was after they finished that we discovered how uneven the ?leveled? floors were where they laid the laminate. There is an obvious lump in the floor, the laminate visibly moves, and you can?t even lay a cabinet on top of the floor without it rocking. The Studio B owner reduced the price slightly until he could get a team back out to make the repair, though he still collected the full payment without the repair. 1 week became 2 and then a month and one month became 2. He stopped responding to our attempts to get in touch with him and then when he did, we found out his workers were being detained with illegals and he claims he will not be able to fix the floor. "
