"I had the notorious Louisiana Pacific siding on my house that started to warp and rot around the time I bought my house in 2008. I had it patched up and here and there and replaced rotten boards from time to time but this year it was just too much, especially after the chimney started to tilt. So I finally decided to install new siding on the entire house. After diligent research, I contracted the best-reviewed company in the area, Perfection Roofing and Siding. The job was done in December, so sometimes it had to be delayed because of the bad weather, but Robert's crew was incredibly professional and efficient. They reconstructed the badly damaged chimney, wrapped the entire house in a plastic sheet that would prevent the future water damage, and installed the Nichiha siding so meticulously you can't even see the seams or nail heads on it. The painting job was absolutely wonderful as well. My house looks beautiful now, I love the texture and feel of the siding that is supposed to last forever or at least my lifetime. Throughout the job, Robert was very easy to get in touch with and gave me regular updates on the next steps and/or delays. In short, I've had a great experience working with this company. I also noticed that the heating bill for the first month after the siding was installed was about 25% lower than in previous years. Overall, I am greatly satisfied with the job and would recommend PRS to anyone who is thinking about having their siding replaced or repaired."

"My roof had sustained damage from recent severe storms in my area. I contacted several roofing companies, through internet searches and some local advertisers. I received a few inspections and multiple estimates, but wasn't satisfied or felt comfortable enough with any of those contractors to hire them do the job. So, I started asking around for referrals from friends and neighbors. My coworker recommended Braswell construction, since she's used their services before and were very pleased. I called right away, spoke to owner Chris Braswell, we setup an appointment and he came out the next day. He assessed the roof, and we both agreed that my entire roof needed immediate replacement. Chris was very professional, he explained all the details clearly for me to understand. Two days later his team were out replacing my roof. They did an excellent job, completed the roof and cleaned up the debris all in the same day. I am totally loving my new roof! it looks amazing, and I'm glad I went with the color shingles Chris suggested based off his experience...since I couldn't make up my mind picking a color. "This is one of the BEST contractors I've Ever worked with in 20 years. Brent and his team were amazing. I interviewed 8 or 9 different roofing and gutter companies . Christian Roofing was the only one that mathematically and correctly addressed the inadequate ventilation on this hip roof. The installation was inmpressive: A crew that's worked together for many years; the Foreman and Job Capitain are the perfect complementary balance of new school / old school as one has a GA Tech degree and the other has 35 years hands on experience; they brought a port-a-potty with the dumpster; they did not use kick boards - which make additional holes- but were roped in; and they left the job site- my home- clean! The synthetic roof felt, shingles, vents were all high quality GAF materials with a long warranty. As important of an investment as a new roof is, I am just so glad I found these guys. Rarely do I write reviews but 'simply had to after a job this well-done!"

"They came out and fixed part of my roof. There were two guys who came out to do this. There was a nail missing where the new roof had been installed. They helped fixed a leak that was leaking into my home and was messing up my inside walls. Since they fixed the leak I have not had any issues since they have come out."

"Overall everything was great.  We moved into this house earlier this year after the property had been vacant for over a year.  The house has two fireplaces we were interested in using but were unsure of how they'd been kept up. <br /> We called Fireplaces of Lake Hartwell after finding them on Angie's List.  We had some interesting schedule requirements, but they worked with us to get an appointment made that didn't require us waiting long, and provided an estimate for the work.  On the day of the appointment they arrived on time. <br /> When they arrived Frank explained exactly what they were going to do, and in what order.  We have dogs that can be anxious around new people, but Frank and Nancy were more than happy to help us make it work - planning the work so they could minimize the amount of time spent going in and out of the house, as well as minimizing traffic up and down the stairs.  Knowing up front what was going to happen and in what order really de-stressed the situation for me, making the whole process wonderful. <br /> After arriving they spent time outside and on the roof inspecting the masonry and the chimneys.  When they were finished, they brought in their equipment to the first floor and began work on that fireplace.  They had a debris bucket with them along with a large vacuum to help with large or bulky objects.  On the upstairs fireplace they only filled it once, and waited for the majority of the process to finish before taking it outside.  They removed the damper which had some damage to it.  They explained what was happening and showed me the damage before putting it back. <br /> The second fireplace was a lot dirtier and required multiple debris buckets to clean out.  Nancy was great about working with me so she could get in and out as needed without issue.  After finishing they removed all of their equipment and made sure everything was put back together before coming back to settle everything up. <br /> They provided a detailed explanation of what was performed, and the total bill was exactly what was estimated.  They also provided some information on repairs that we could perform ourselves, or that we could ask them to come back and perform.  They let me know what we'd need to do it ourselves, and provided estimates for the work if we were to hire them.  They also, at our request, provided information on fireplace inserts available that would fit our fireplaces.  While present they took all the information down they would need to provide estimates, and told us to select some models from the brochures after taking some time to look through them, and that they would provide us estimates for whatever we wanted. <br /> Overall it was great working with them, and I appreciate their promptness, their willingness to work with us, and their professionalism."

"The roof was finished in less time than quoted.  They had to remove 2 layers of shingles and repair rotten plywood on the roof.  They were very concerned with cost and did everything in their power to control costs.  The job was very professional and Donna was extremely knowledgeable about the roof and repairing the damaged portion.  There is NO BETTER roofer anywhere near Atlanta that can do a better job.  They are prompt, honest, and do a wonderful job!!  I would HIGHLY recommend them for any roofing or gutter job!"
