Unfortunately I've given FREE estimates in the past for these jobs, only to have the homeowner ONLY use me long enough to get the money from the insurance company & I never hear from them again. Also, I believe in 'honesty'. If you ask me to quote you for a job, that I am NOT completely comfortable with, I will be honest & tell you I'm not skilled in that area.
