The water main outside my front fawcett was stripped and could not turn the water on and off at that area and had to go to the main water main box at the street. They changed it from the round handle to the lever type. An amazing experience, great work, great customer service on the phone with processing my payment and I am beyond thrilled. "I felt that he tried to make the job more than it was. At first he wanted to replace pipes along with the basket plus charge me what I felt was too much to make an adjustment on stopper on another sink. When I told him to just give me the estimate and that I was going to get another quote, he backed down and said all he had to do was replace the basket if I didn't want pipes replaced and he couldn't charge me to make the adjustment on the sink stopper which took him 5 minutes to do. He was polite and did a good job, but I felt he was trying to make the job more than it was. I pointed out to him that the main sink was only leaking at the basket and not at any pipes. had I not done that, It would have cost me double what the actual price was. Not sure if I would use them again."
