"Overall excellent work. Was an hour and a half late from scheduled appointment. But only took an hour and a half to do the work. Changed 2 shower heads (I purchased), installed a hot water drain hose, and replaced 2 spigots for me. On the pricey side. $730. With over $200 being in parts for the two spigots, the hose, and the copper for the new stem for one of the spigots. Dude does have 30 years of experience and is a licensed pro, so the price point isn't too surprising. Overal, I'm happy with the work done. "

"Called on Sat, waited for another company to meet me. He didn't show. Called Lawngevity on Sun to tell him he had the job. He came Monday, worked hours, brought his son who did the running back and forth, saving me money. He repaired severed electrical cords and installed a junction box, checked and adjusted heads, repaired a broken underground line, replaced the breaker box with a Rain Bird ($165 for this part), worked I'm guessing 4 hours or so. Total bill around $450. Nice, dependable, respectful and informative."

Head-and-shoulders above the other companies. Redeemersâ Group from Memphis (with operations in Little Rock) didnâ t properly install my EzFlow system. Justin gave me a discount, even though he had nothing to do with the original installation. He and his team repaired the installation done incorrectly by Redeemerâ s group on their own. He visited the property multiple times, to check on the installation and followed up to make sure that the dehumidifiers and sump pumps were working properly. Sent me pictures throughout the process, which helps since Iâ m out of town. Unlike the other companies I spoke to and have used in the past, Justin doesnâ t seem to just be interested in a sale. He constantly follows up and touches base to make sure that Iâ m informed and comfortable with the process. In short, seemed to care about my project and me. Really rare in business nowadays. "They came out on the 4th of July the week after they worked on it because I reported the pump had stopped. The switch was full of ants and they cleaned it out and worked with me on how to prevent that from happening again. I really appreciated them. They gave up part of a holiday to ensure I was satisfied. Very good work. <br /> I did have to wait in line for the initial fix but I had not been using the well so that was the proper priority. They did a good job and I think the price was good compared to similar jobs. <br />"

"when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"

I wouldn't hire again due to multiple requests for a completed report and estimate for the mold remediation and just getting robotic replies that didn't answer my questions."
