We had a minor adjustment required due to recent heat and door expansion for which Bob happily stopped by to fix in short order. Most contractors seem to avoid any extraneous activity or conversation, but Bob is extremely customer focused. I am excited to work with this team again for our next project!"

He pointed out that he could also replace some wooden pickets on the fence which I needed to have done but didn't think about asking him as getting the gate repaired was more important. He came out on Friday morning and repaired the gate and replaced pickets as well as secure a section of fencing. He did a great job. Bertie was very polite and punctual.
