"Everything from the bidding process, through completion, was handled with the utmost care and professionalism. Dimitri and every person who he brought into our home treated it as anyone would want their own to be treated. This was not a small project. They vaulted the ceiling in the living area, completely removing the roof on half the house, and did a full new roof. Matched the existing red oak hardwood flooring, and sanded/re-stained the entire upstairs. All the plumbing and electrical in the entire house was replace. New kitchen, 3.5 new bathrooms, finished basement, combined two bedrooms to make a master suite. New HVAC. New generator…. You name it, and it was done. When all was said and done, I think our two hall bedrooms were the one walls that weren’t torn down. We could not possibly recommend Dimitri and his company (his two sons work with him as well) any higher. They are honest, and hard working. Old school in all the best ways."

1. We were very pleased all the way around. Friendly, courteous workers arrived each morning for 11 consecutive days. Generally the work went from 8 am to 7pm. This pleased us because it allowed the job to be completed quickly.  Misha checked in daily and was very willing to add anything we requested. Also, Misha made a lot of very good suggestions. Our bathroom was gutted,  drywall was replaced, tiled walls, tiled floors, tiled tub enclosure, new tub, new toilet, new vanity , vanity lighting, new vent and heat lamp were all installed  in a very professional way. In the midst of all of this the snowstorm of 2016, came into our attic causing dripping into our bedroom. No problem- Misha,s company was there and willing to repair our ceiling on the spot.  Our new bathroom really is beautiful!This  is such a wonderful company- without a doubt we would ask them into our home again.

"We called S&J because there was rotting wood under our bathroom floor causing our tiles to sag. After discussing with them, we decided to expand the scope and do a full remodel at the same time, including a new tub/shower, new tile, and painting. (At no point did they try to upsell us, which we really appreciated, but rather they helped us think through doing all this at once vs putting off the rest and only doing the emergency repairs.) Their team did great work and was professional throughout the whole project, and they checked in with us regularly to make sure they were doing things the way we wanted. "I originally called Third Generation to give me a quote on a partial master bath remodel. Robert and Christina came to the house together and gave me some good advice on what needed to be done and a ballpark figure for the work. They also explained that they flipped houses and had trusted people who could do whatever else I wanted to have done in the house and could do it fast. Shortly thereafter, my circumstances changed and I decided to do a full master bath gut and remodel along with a long list of things I had wanted or needed to do for years. Robert gave what I considered a fair quote for my VERY long list of jobs and had people on site within days of signing the contract. Everyone working the job was pleasant, hard-working, and highly skilled. I felt very comfortable with all of them and had no reservations about having them in my house when I wasn't there. The whole job took about 8 weeks but 2 to 3 weeks of that was because a special-order vanity arrived damaged and had to be re-ordered, delaying the completion of the new master bath. I am delighted with the job(s) done by Third Generation. My master bath is gorgeous, my laundry room is now attractive instead of an eyesore, and a long list of "I hate that"s has been turned into "I love that"s. For the amount of work I had done and the range of different types of work involved, the speed of completion, even with the delay caused by the defective vanity, was really impressive. I will definitely call Third Generation again not only for plumbing work, but for future remodeling that I may decide to do. This was a great experience and I have no hesitation in recommending Third Generation."
