First when I had Bill come to my house for an estimate, he was very knowledgeable and I could tell that he had lots of experience. His father, also named Bill works with him and the both of them have an insane amount of experience. Bill senior even used to teach masonry so you know that theyâ re pros. Bill and his team were very patient with me as I altered the final plans multiple times. Their end goal was to just make me happy which they did. I now have a large patio with a custom bump out for a fire pit that I installed, along with a nice sawcut and stained border that gave my patio a great decorative touch. They were always on schedule, professional, and affordable!!"

"I m new to Home Advisor and have had excellent results! In the past I have reached out to contractors and have had spotty results. Often no return calls or over priced estimates. I Submitted a request on a Saturday morning around 6:00 and had a phone call from Pete May - the owner of Precision Decorative Concrete asking to come by that morning for an estimate! "Owner came out on a Saturday and did an estimate, up front (without be asked for) provide a list of question to ask (in case you didn't know/unsure), references for the local area going back 5 years, and afterwards a throughly written estimate.  Professional and personal was the first impression...you cannot under estimate the first impression.  After we set the date, there were multiple rain delays (my wife and I understand paving in pouring rain is not good, for anyone).  The office of Penn Jersey provided constant updates to our changing scheduled, I never had to guess what was happening.  (my side bar, outside work is largely based on weather, so understand if your work is delayed due to weather, its not bad service)  Day of the work, the entire crew came together, prepared, all dressed alike in company clothing.  Total professional operation.  The owner lead the day and as I learned, the crew consisted of sons, newphews, even the office is run by family.  Happy group of folks doing a wonderfully professional job and the driveway looks incredible.  We are extremely happy. <br />"

"Overall, service was good. We needed gutter cleaning on our 2 story, 2500 sq ft home. A friend currently uses Atlanta's Best and recommended them to us. I got a quote online for $125, less a $20 discount for new customers. The crew had to reschedule our first appointment the day of due to getting delayed on a previous job, but their communication was good and kept us in the loop the whole time. The office rescheduled us and got a crew out within a week of the initial appointment. I wasn't home when the guys arrived, but I came home to not only clean gutters but a clean driveway, walkway, porch, etc.. They didn't just pull the crap out of the gutter and throw it all over the place which was nice. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking."
