"I recently had my OC condo remodeled by Shore Points OC and, Mario and his team were outstanding !! I really can’t say enough good things about the project, but I will try. From the initial meeting with Mario and Melissa, I could tell immediately this was the right choice. They listened to my plans, offered suggestions, and I could tell it would be a “partnership” from the beginning. I wanted someone local for many reasons, and they checked all the boxes. One thing I look for in choosing a contractor, in addition to their work product, is the “business” side of the project. After identifying the work needed, their written proposal was excellent… clear and concise… showing each phase of the project, cost, timing, and importantly, what the owner needed to purchase. This was a COMPLETE remodel of an 1,100 sq ft condo, everything except windows, including demolition, doors, kitchen cabinets and countertops, 2 full tiled bathrooms, vinyl flooring, woodwork, electrical, and painting ! Mario, and his subs, also made excellent suggestions, such as shiplap in the living area and the kitchen layout. As I mentioned, using a local contractor and vendors was important. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the work as well. Flooring, kitchen, bath, tiling, etc. was excellent, plus Mario’s responsiveness with any questions I had. Finally, I get suspicious with any review that is too good, with no negatives. I can honestly say I had to think hard to come up with something. So looking back, the project took a little longer to complete than estimated. However, since it was off season and I was in no rush, it wasn’t a negative for me at all. In fact, the result was well worth the extra time needed! I will give Shore Points 5 ⭐️ for this project and will absolutely continue to use them for any future work! Thank you!"

"It was amazing 🤩 I made a call to MAS and Harold and Lauren were at my home the next day. Harold, Pete and Gabrielle were extremely hard working and so courteous and such a joy to work with!! I actually was so pleased with the deck that I asked for a quote on vinyl fencing. I would strongly recommend this company for any work needed. It means so much when the actual owner of the company comes and does the work alongside his employees. I did happen to see one horrible review from someone who was 100% 😑. It was actually the only bad review so clearly it was not the fault of MAS but rather the idiot that posted such an incredibly inaccurate and incorrect review. I will definitely recommend this company to my family and friends and take it from me, I can really be a PITA when things are getting done at my home but not once was I ever meant to feel like I was being a PITA. It turned out to be more of a project than anticipated, but they still got the job done within a few days….working through rain and excessive heat. Mike responded to emails promptly and patiently answered all of my questions. He also offered to fix a warped fence rail for me, and it looks so much better now!
