"Look no further than Verity Build if you want a beautiful kitchen remodel. Verity just completed our kitchen remodel and we couldn’t be more pleased working with this company. The owners Ted & Tony are exceptional to work with. Ted designed our kitchen and came up with many wonderful ways to effectively use our space. He is patient and listens carefully to what you want, making excellent suggestions along the way. He accompanied us while we shopped to choose the appliances needed as well as the tile, backsplash & countertops. His 3D renderings showed us exactly what the new kitchen would look like, being able to move & change cabinets to look and work best. When the project started, Tony was onsite to make sure it happened according to the plan. Tony closely monitored the crew and kept in great communication with us throughout the process. The Verity crew is topnotch and does high quality work while always being professional, courteous and friendly. The worksite was kept organized and cleaned up each day for the next phase. The project was completed on time and Ted, Tony, and office manager Jennifer were readily available to answer questions and follow-up on any detail that needed attention. We look forward to working with the Verity crew again when we are ready to move forward on our bathroom remodels."

"Buyer beware!!! I have never had such a nightmare with this company. Save your money and your sanity. They installed a patio cover for me. It leaked immediately. This was two years ago. For the past two years, they have been out at least 7 or 8 times claiming to "fix" the leaks. The leaks were not normal patio leaks by the way. The leaking has cause 3 of the 4 lights installed in the patio to fail. Every time they come, it's never fixed. The leaks keep getting worse. They never follow up with me, I always have to call them. They do not manage their sub contractors at all. This latest round started just before Christmas 2021, it's now been three months, four visits later. They took flashing off, said they were going to let it dry out and put it back. I didn't hear from them for two weeks, I noticed rain on the weather , I called Trig who had to send them back out to put the flashing back on. They sent some guy to do some more drastic sealing or something on my roof, they claimed it was done.....see attached photos of how they left my roof claiming it was done. Also, never followed back up with me on a light they need to replace which is still burned out and filled with water from rains. Save yourself the headache please!!! This still isn't resolved. I have filed a BBB compliant to try and help me resolve."

"I had never used my old basement and I decided to start use it but It needed remodeling. My neighbor recommended me Golden Line construction and after I saw their work on his house I hired them. They arrived on scheduled time and all employees were friendly, professional and helpful. There were some issues but working crew resolved everything easily. My basement looks amazing, better than I expected. Highly recommended contractor!"

"Horribly! We hired Prodigy to help us move a few miles down the street based on all the positive reviews. We figured spending up for the best provider would be worth it. We were wrong. Very wrong. Also, an important note regarding those positive reviews: any negative reviews my husband or I write seem to disappear when viewed on incognito mode here or Yelp, so it appears they are very aggressively managing their profile and I would be leery of trusting what your read. As far as what happened -their movers either lost or stole approximately $7,000 of our belongings on a three mile move. Some of it, such as small valuables and prescriptions I could at least see the rationale of stealing. Some, such as a bunch of my clothes, seemed very odd to intentionally take, but who knows. In any event, once this was raised during the unpacking process they became very rude and confrontational. The company then offered us a $700 settlement, has not seemed apologetic at all and, as mentioned above, seems to be aggressively managing their review profile across platforms."

"Clean Cut Stone did an amazing job! Moshe came out to do the estimate, and it was clear he was extremely experienced and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and made some great suggestions. The two men who came out to do the demolition, Victor and Edwin, were very skilled, while at the same time very friendly and easy to work with. They clearly love their job, and they take pride in doing it well. They are meticulous in their attention to detail and were able to remove the existing countertops without damaging any of our fragile backsplash tiles. Brandon came on Day 2 for installation and he was also wonderful. The countertops look amazing. We love the new look to our kitchen, and the best part was it was hassle-free."

"Tal Mechaly was extremely useful when we hired him and his people to design and rebuild our new kitchen and laundry room. Tal helped us select the new stunning marble slab for the new island that he implemented in the design and the gorgeous chandelier above it because the island that he designed for us included table as well. Tal Mechaly was amazing at selecting all the paint colors combinations and with his design… he was able to pull it all together as one piece of art kitchen. Tal Mechaly was very easygoing person to work with, with excellent creativity skills and his thinking outside of the box ability was beyond believes."

"We interviewed 4 contractors to update our decades-old kitchen and Mike’s professionalism, experience, and honesty about what was realistically possible to stay within our budget and pass inspections while still getting the kitchen that we want, stood out from the rest. We knew instantly that we wanted to work with him. We hired Mike in December and he started the job in mid-January. Although we kept the basic foot print of our kitchen, everything was torn down and replaced. We did manage to stay fairly close to our budget; some minor adjustments were made along the way, but we were so relieved it was nothing major - just additional reinforcement for safety & longevity, so well worth it. There were a few unavoidable delivery delays (due to rough weather up north and back east) but Mike kept us informed and worked around them, still managing to complete the job in 7 weeks.6-8 was the prediction. Mike kept good records, gave us receipts for every payment (we paid as we went for each stage of construction), and he always explained everything. My husband and I have never had any major renovations before, so we were obviously newbies, but Mike was patient and understanding. He honored each reasonable request and made a good argument for the ones that wouldn’t be worth the investment. He made clear to us in the beginning “don’t be afraid to ask for what you want, because you won’t be happy unless you do.” Even if I couldn’t do absolutely everything, Mike made sure I never felt I was compromising and often came up with a better solution. Mike and his right hand man, the polite & hardworking Joseph, and all of the other subs always showed up on time and were courteous and professional. Some of the days were long, so I didn’t always mind if they weren’t able to clean up every single day. If a cleaned-up workspace is important for you, just let Mike know. I noticed in some of these other reviews, they complement the cleanup, so Mike will know if it’s a priority of yours. As long as it’s clean when the job is done, that’s all we cared about - and it was. Mike even came back after all the work was finished to make any tweaks necessary. He even went out of his way to get me a touch-up kit to keep the cabinets looking beautiful for years to come. I know this is long, but renovations are a big deal and there are so many things to consider. Fortunately, we picked the right person for the job and every moment I spend in my brand new kitchen makes me grateful that we did. I highly recommend you consider BMO for your next big job. I know we will!"
