"We needed to replace 375 feed of fence and Classic Fence gave us the best quote of the three companies we talked to. The fence is only a few weeks old so I can't talk longevity but the installation process was great. The initial sales rep was the only one who identified that we needed a specialty gate and warned us of some damage that would be done to a stone walkway due it to it being too close to the gate. I was told that our installation would take 2-3 days but it ended up taking 6. The delay was worth it because they were often waiting for the correctly cut piece, and I'd prefer they take longer to do the job than do a poor job just so they could finish. We have an angled piece of fence in the front yard and all other companies told me they couldn't do it, but Classic Fence said they could do it, and made sure they did it correctly. I was very impressed with the precision of the installation team, all posts are the same height and the fence looks great. The installers conferred with me when there was a decision to make about a fence post, and i appreciated being consulted instead of them making assumptions. With 375 feet of fence there are bound to be some imperfections but I am very happy with the finished results. The team did leave behind one of the posts from the old fence sticking out of the ground and Classic Fence sent someone the day after I called to remove the fence. All in all I was very impressed with the professionalism of the installers. This fence was not cheap and I was a little concerned based on the amount of fence we need (and its on a corner and white picket!) but it turned out great!"

When the Virus caused material supply issues, they gave us the choice of waiting for the material we asked for or getting an upgrade to an in stock, higher priced material – for the same price! When the Virus caused one of their work crews to quarantine, they sent a one-man team to build our fence. He single-handedly, over four days, built our fence in 90 degree temps, and did a great job! "They tore down parts of a neighbor's fence that was ready to fall down and put in a new cedar fence joining with neighbor's fences and surrounding our house. Were initially very prompt, the work was scheduled quickly, and the quality was very good (looks great and is solid). A lot of small issues came up, but they were willing to fix them all (fence posts needed to be moved wider around the driveway, some work changed on a corner of the fence). It is solid and well built, but has a few quirks - The button to open the front gate is on the fence and not on the door, requiring almost two hands to open (1 + 1 foot works). The gates for the front entrance and the driveway are all metal reinforced so they should never sag, which they claim they are the only fence company in the area building them that way. It took a lot longer to get the guard rail quoted and installed on the basement entrance, at least a couple of weeks. When it was installed, it wasn't mounted where I had wanted it, but they moved that too without any issues, and now it too works and looks great. Most of my dealings were with Jim, an owner, and a couple of people over the phone. They all seemed to know a good deal about what was going on, and were polite and friendly, even when I was not so polite. Would definitely hire them again."
