They were very flexible in doing whatever I wanted and did a fabulous job. Price was very acceptable. They warned me about the odor of the standard wood coating and it was extemely harsh as warned. If I did hardwood refinishing again, would probably opt for the no odor coating. "I had Adrian, the owner of MCraft, install wood on my second floor and I could not be more impressed with the experience. He was professional from start to finish. He took the time to explain the type of wood being used and walked us through the entire process. He even provided samples of the different stains we wanted to have on our floor, allowing us to choose the perfect color for our space. "The end job was excellent.  They came every day, stayed all day until the job was finished.  We are very happy with the finished product.  However, they did not return calls promptly and were going to leave the job unfinished.  By unfinished I mean they were going to leave without properly  installing all the shoe  molding.  They were going to leave a putty joint between the floor and baseboard showing.  They also charged us for the additional shoe molding which we believed was included in the original price.
