They did arrive a little late to the installation appointment. They did everything that they said they would do.  However, they didn’t explain the maintenance very thoroughly to us. For example, they didn’t explain how often to change to filters, where to purchase them, and how expensive they would be. Overall, it was a great experience."

Couple of months later a pump failed on the clothes washer and it was repaired in just a few days. $75 for each claim for the service call and the repair is covered. I am afraid they have paid more than the cost of my policy at this point. But that is what insurance is for. Definitely keeping them in the future. Highly recommend."
