"They inspected the damage as soon as plumber confirmed the reason, checked extent of the damage, demolished the spoilt cabinets and set up dryer machines by securing the area. Their team visited daily to check progress if drying. Albert was also visiting regularly to inspect work done by his team. Worked with the insurance inspector to resolve issues. Highly recommended. "Work was done more quickly than I expected, about three hours as I recall.  It takes me at least 2 hours to vacuum the entire house.  Carpets looked a bit better, and in their defense the carpets are eight years old, but I expected a bit more.  Now a few weeks after, they look as they did before. They forgot the Scotchguard so we had to reschedule that, but they were very apologetic.  The two young men who did the shampooing were very professional and polite, and I had no qualms about leaving them in the house when we left.  I called them last week to let them know my concerns. They sent a gentleman out, who also was very professional, and he redid the areas of concern and they do look quite a bit better.  Overall I would give them a B+.

Some of the ceiling was high and difficult to reach. The team were able to finish the work efficiently without any issue. One thing you should keep in mind that the dry wall will damaged and need to be repaired and repainted. That is expected and not included in the removal contract."
