8 man team. Over 40 years of experience we have found and only use the better subcontractors in this area for all phases of the construction process. When contract has been accepted it is required that 1/3 of total cost be paid up front and then there will be a scheduled second and third draw, as required. Any remaining balances to be paid upon completion.
