"Dealing with this company has been an absolute headache. I hired them to replace a gasket in my washer. I told them it was a stacked unit with the washer on the bottom and because of this, was quoted labor for two people. On the first day the technicians were supposed to arrive, they no showed. I had to reach back out to coordinate for the next day (the company never notified me they were going to be late or not show at all). On the second attempt, only one person showed up. The company stated they weren?t aware that I had a stacked unit which isn?t true. On the third attempt, they were able to complete the job. However, they scratched up the wall in my laundry room pretty bad so now I?ll need to get this fixed too. Furthermore, I was charged labor for 2 technicians plus $100 for a plumber, although only 1 of the 2 technicians showed up. It?s worth mentioning that out of all the quotes I received, Starship Hubskyi was the most expensive option. Would definitely not hire again. "

"He charged 98.00 trip charge and never ask for the model number he came out and ask where the make and model was. He said he could not get the thermometer for our model it was to old. And collected the trip charge and left. What a scam I would not recommend or use him."

"Our washer was leaking a little so we set up a repair job on Angi. Based on the reviews and overall top rating of AAA we chose them and Michael came out as agreed to fit our schedule. He went over the machine in detail and discovered it was our doing because we did not close the dispenser drawer firmly. While here he checked our bottom filter and also replaced the old dryer vent flex tube with a much better one. We have two refrigerators and one upright freezer so we will always use AAA from now on. The price for the visit was very reasonable, and Michael is probably the most knowledgeable tech we have ever used. Highly recommend."

"I called American Brothers Plumbing to install a reverse osmosis under the sink. Everything seemed good. So, when my water heater needed to be replaced. I called them to install one I bought from Home Depot. The same plumber did both jobs. Our kitchen sink is in the corner (bad place). Because of the diamond cabinet in the corner. There is a large space between the cabinet and the wall. The interior of the cabinet was painted with water proofing paint. Because it help the sink. There was a leak between the cabinet wall and the house wall from the install of the reverse osmosis. Which was undetectable from inside the cabinet because of the paint. What made it worse. The only time we went in that cabinet was to change the water filters every 6 months. I noticed that the back wall of the cabinet was budging. I pushed on it and it was completely rotten. I removed the entire back wall of the cabinet and found the leak where the reverse osmosis connects to the valve. As of now, 3 cabinets need to be replaced because of water damage. I called them to let them know what I have found. They sent someone to take a look. He asked me if I had an invoice. I said no. Then the owner said, "I don't believe we did the job". There is only 2 things I want to tell the owner. 1. You should take responsibility for your workers. 2. Or you have someone going around doing work under your name and putting up stickers with your name, logo and phone number on it."
