"Mark and the team did an outstanding job. Our drainage was a mess in several places. They methodically identified and cleared out each spot, replacing pipes and digging new trenches. They were very careful with our landscaping, making sure no plants were damaged in the process. They were respectful of our property and cleaned everything up before they concluded the job. Not only did I love the outcome but the process was truly impressive. While we had a few changes and adjustments along the way I got to see what service really meant from our team. Our Designer Craig, our project manager Mark and our install team lead by Baldo all made it possible. Initially we had a confusion with the design and they stepped up and just fixed everything. We had an issue with the date and had to push it and they couldnâ t be more accommodating. We finally got to the actual install and im sure these poor guys thought they were in the clearâ ¦.but not quite. They started to pull the stones into the back yard and had to stop Baldo and say it wasnâ t the color I wanted. Without a secondâ s hesitation he had the whole crew stopped and the Mark on the phone to make sure my back yard was exactly what I wanted. They pushed double time and had it all switched in a matter of days. Its service like that that gives me no hesitation to recommend them.
