"We had wallpaer and popcorn removed by another company last week.  They did a good job and covered everything, but it seemed like dust and popcorn pieces got into our carpet.  The air quality was bad. <br /> I called Scott's Upholstery & Carpet Care late in the afternoon of 6/10/14.  I explained what the problem was, and we scheduled an appointment for the following day at 4pm.  He made this appointment, even though it meant he would have to  reschedule a meeting..  He did this because it was a health issue.  After hanging up the phone with him, I spoke with my husband and we thought we could make the appointment for the next morning.  I called Scott back, and he scheduled us for 0800 on 6/11/14. <br /> He and his son arrived here on time.  They were very nice, professional, and did a great job.  He gave us a discount on the cleaning, I think partly because we are Angie's list members, but also, much of our furniture was already out of the rooms, so that made it a little easier. <br /> When we are finished with all the work we plan to do on the house, I will call Scott's Upholstery & Carpet Care, to clean our big recliner. <br /> We were very impressed and grateful that they came out so quickly, and did such a good job! <br />"

"A nice young man called at the time of the appointment saying he couldn't find our address on Google Maps. We live on a major street right around the corner from the location of this business. When he arrived late, he was unprepared for the service we requested. Then he didn't know how to reset the vacuum machine when it went off. He called the boss and we overheard the boss tell him to push the reset button. When he couldn't find the reset button, we took pity on him and pointed it out as we looked over his shoulder. Things didn't get any better after that, although by the end of the job the cleaning seems to have been done adequately. Nice young man, but seemed to be over his head trying to do his job."

"I scheduled an appointment to have the carpet in my master bedroom deep cleaned and treat any pet stains. I received a call the day before my appt to provide a time frame of when the technician would arrive. The day of the appointment I received a phone call from the technician to let me know he was on his way. The technician arrived promptly and measured the square footage since I was a first time customer. He informed me that the information would be placed in their system so repeat appointment would have that information. I was asked follow-up questions around my pet so any stains could be treated properly. At the end of the cleaning a blower was set up to help the carpet dry. The cleaning left my carpet looking brand new and the scent used was light and pleasant. I was given a spot cleaning solution for use between appointments. The technician was very professional and took the time to educate me on the process. I was pleased with the overall results and will be a repeat customer and recommending to family and friends."
