They took the time to go over all of options and provided nice recommendations for the project. Once we had our plans Joyce took over the whole experience from permits to the delivery of materials. The installers were extremely professional and answered all my questions during the build. Before the installers left they made sure they did a thorough sweep for any waste and debris. "I can't say enough good things about Marc and his team! They did a full kitchen renovation. Marc sourced and coordinated with a great GC. They took down walls and reinforced floor joists and installed header beams. All throughout he was professional and so easy to work with. He has a fully comprehensive showroom- one stop shopping! He even does his own stone counter tops, so no waiting long stretches for another contractor. A big renovation requires putting a lot of trust in your contractor. To have someone who does what he says he'll do, sticks to his prices, and you can trust in your home while you're not there went a long way for us. And his commitment doesn't end when the project is over- he is always there to answer questions and stands by his works and follows up if any issues arise. I think what's not often talked about with contractors is how they treat their clients and Carmen is the most personable guy we've ever worked with. He came up with a few ideas and presented them to us. Once everything had been decided, he was extremely on point with bringing the project to life. He was professional throughout the entire project, communicated everything, was punctual and completely transformed our kitchen. We plan on remodeling our bathroom next and he is the man for the job.
