"I will never recommwnd Banks applinances or Angi list to anyone. Preston come out on April 1st to repair refrigerator. Removed some Ice and left stating it was repaired. 3 days later called Preston again to report issues. He stated give it some time to see if it reoccurrs. I called him back on the 11th he came on the May 12th. While moving the refrigerator he DAMAGED my floor. He immediately told me my wife won't notice it and to cut another piece fron under the dishasher. Preston left and I reported to ANGI'S list whpn REFERRED him to me.. At that point he stated he would take responsiablilty for damages. Angi list representative Brittany stated agree to get his own contractor to repair after he didn't agree to my two estimates from Home Depot and Lowes. Preston's contractor did a no show on May 28th and on May 31th. Angis list wadn't helpful. ANGIS'S REFERRED HIM TO ME."

"This is the 2nd time I have had Luckner out to diagnose and repair my washing machine. I had a brand new Electrolux washer installed by Electrolux 10 days ago. They replaced the water hoses with hoses that were inferior after I asked them to use the ones I had. One of the hoses had a kink in it and was restricting the water supply. Luckner put my original hoses onto the new machine and the problem was solved. He will forever be my Electrolux repair man! Thanks so much Luckner! My husband and I truly appreciate your top notch service!"
