"Work was done well and it will probably last the 50 years they advertise. Only one area of roof trim is not flush. Worked around existing gutter guards. However, clean up was not great. They squashed plants in front bed after they asked and I told them to not harm the front flower beds. Moved patio furniture around and didn't put it back when done. Still had old shingle pieces on patio. They bent a gutter baffling. Didn't put gutter down spout extender back. So care for property is so so."

"The process was very Professional. Greg came out and evaluated my old shingles roof and gave me a price to install a new metal roof. He was very informative concerning my change over from a shingles roof to a metal roof. Greg explained the step by step installation process and the warranty that was included. After an agreement was confirmed, I was always notified with everything from the material drop off date and time to the actual installation date and any delays.. "Over all it was OK.  I was not happy with how much time I had to spend picking up trash after they left - from strips of sharp metal, to dozens of screws every day for a week (literally), to their snack wrappers and drink cans every evening.  The house had been painted a few months prior to the roof job and they managed to gouge several pieces of newly painted wood from the sides of the house.  I was told it would not mildew and 2 years later it has and needs a cleaning.  Had they been honest about that, I would have gone with a darker color.

"The owner was responsive to provide a bid and started work on the agreed upon day. The foundation repair seems to be of good quality and I would recommend them for this type of repair. They work met all expectations for this portion of the project. We included a small tuck pointing project on a wall and masonry refinishing of a porch step as part of the contract. This small part of the project overshadows the entire job based on the poor quality of work. The pictures below show the tuck pointing AFTER the first attempt to fix the problem. They did not even touch the worst bricks at the top and poorly applied masonry on the bottom part as shown in the picture. On the step, they patched the a portion that was flaking and left the remainder of the step untouched. The owner said he didn't think we had agreed to fix the whole step (why would anyone only patch one foot of a six foot step? ...and it was specified in the contract). He made the requested repairs after the first attempt and less than two weeks later, the second picture shows the end results. It crumbled like sand without touching it! I emailed the owner and asked how he would like to handle the situation and he never responded back. Masonry work is not their specialty....Floors Sag and Shake doesn't apply to masonry! I don't normally write reviews, but I can't let this go without sharing."

"After a storm damaged our roof, Pro Roofing helped us to fight our insurance company for over a year. Other companies weren't willing to get involved, but Pro Roofing has people who specialize in this sort of thing. They knew how to deal with the insurance company to get them to approve funds towards the repair and then to fight their original estimate to get us more. If you have roof work that involves dealing with an insurance company, these are the folks to use. The new roof they installed looks great. It makes the house look significantly better and well maintained. Could not recommend more."

Among the Master Elite contractors in my area I contacted, Peachtree Restorations was the first one to respond, as a matter of fact, Milton Brannon came to our house the very day I requested the estimate. Milton carefully inspected our roof. Based on the inspection, he sat down with us and explained how he would help us to fire the claim with our insurance company (because hail damage was found), educated us on our current shingle, the new building code requirements, the GAF roof products, and the GAF warranty packages, helped us understand each of the steps. He genuinely showed his desire to make us happy with the products and services. Although the insurance claim eventually was denied, Milton helped us at every step through the insurance claim process and did his best representing our interest. He was also very thoughtful as we reviewed the cost estimates, in terms of helping us avoid unnecessary upgrades. He patiently guided us in selecting our preferred shingle type and color, not only provided us with reference photos, but also twice brought to our house the shingle samples. His help was invaluable to us in our decision making, and we greatly appreciate his time and expertise. Milton made a great effort to move up the installation date to fit my travel schedule. The crew was very professional. They meticulously picking up all the nails from the site with the magnetic rollers. Milton even ask the crew to replace all the gutter guards that were damaged during the old roof removal, at no-charge. They really did an excellent job. Our new roof is awesome! We just love it!!
