"A&D replaced our parent's aged roof. Darek came a good distance to provide a free estimate. He explained thoroughly the work that his company would complete, as well as why it needed to be done. He offered material options and encouraged us to seek additional estimates for comparison purposes. A&D was extremely responsive with followup communication. When reaching out with questions, their response time to our inquiries was extremely fast. A&D followed through on all of their promises. A large work crew showed up on time and completed a complete tear off, down to the rafters, installed sheathing, ice & water shield (72 in.), all underlayments and shingles. They were done with the job, in it's entirety, by 5:00 p.m. Darek and Maciej spent several hours at our house, overseeing and working alongside the crew. They met all terms of the agreement and went above and beyond - sealing gutter end caps that were leaking and installing attic baffles, without asking for additional compensation. Afterwards, the crew spent time cleaning up the perimeter of our home, leaving no material wrappings or nails on the ground. Darek visited our parents' home the day after the roofing work, to ask if we had any questions and if we were pleased. He encouraged us to call A&D's office we had any issues with the roof moving forward. A&D Home Improvement is a company with the highest level of integrity. "The roof and trim were done, and look great. But I have a couple of issues .The crew was very unfriendly. I came out just to say hi, and they sneered at me and walked away without a word. Also, after they left I found out that they apparently cut an electric wire as I had a tripped breaker and now some of my electric baseboard heaters don't work. This was in an area where they replaced sheathing material right over my breaker box. I contacted the rep, who acknowledged my issue and I am waiting to hear back."

"Angel did an AMAZING job! He tore down an old pool deck and rebuilt an entirely new lower and upper deck, with 2 sets of stairs. From start to finish, working with Cassandra and Angel was easy. They kept constant communications and updates, kept the process moving, and were very knowledgeable when we had questions. Angel was timely, efficient and prompt; there were extremely hot or rainy days, where I thought it wouldn’t be possible to work in those conditions, but he made it work! I can’t praise them enough for their hard work and dedication to making our dream deck come true and making the process seamless. We had several quotes from competitors and the vibe of the others either didn’t understand what we wanted or just always tried to upsell. Minquiz came in with a reasonable & affordable quote that didn’t compromise what we envisioned. They made adjustments and recommendations to the plan as needed, with clear communication.
