"Franos Roofing did an excellent job of not only my roof, but my gutters, skylight, chimney and a number of areas that needed attention. I obtained a number of estimates for the work and the estimate from Franos was the best overall by far. Franos is a rare find. They came when scheduled, worked until the job was completed, a day for the roof, half a day for the gutters and downspouts, and the clean up was fantastic. There was minimal disruption to our activities. Their efforts were seamless. A number of our neighbors observed the work as it was being done and asked for contact information for Franos. I would highly recommend Franos to anyone interested in roof or gutter replacement."

"A&D communicated with me throughout the process. This was a small job that involved searching for siding to match what I had. It took A&D about a week to find and acquire suitable siding. Once it was in hand the work was done quickly."

"I had a complete roof replaced and new gutters installed in just a few days. Sam and his team were on time everyday, worked respectfully around your property and got the job done quickly. If an issue came up Sam was quick to communicate the issue and we worked together on getting it resolved while remaining cost effective. I highly recommend them for any of your roofing, gutter or siding needs."

"Overall great experience! From meeting Mitch Esposito the sales specialist to the Installation. Communication and work was top notch. Will use them for future projects and referrals."

"Very happy with roof replacement project...from start to finish. Steve provided a very competetive quote and is very knowledgeable. Answered all of my questions and offered expert advice on what needed to be done. Steve kept in contact during the installation to see if there were any issues. Installers were very professional. Arrived on time and completed the work when promised. Derrick was the foreman and was excellent. Kept me informed throughout the installation. Removed all debris and completely cleaned the work area. Would highly recommend and would use again for home improvement projects. Roof looks great."

"Very professional group. Work was performed in three days and included a complete tear down and replacement of the siding, facia, soffit and gutters. Top quality material was used across the board. House looks better than new."

"What a welcome surprise to find a company that actually values quality & customer service!! This was the best possible experience we could have imagined! Not only did Mike show up on time to examine our roof for any storm damage, but he also came back to meet with the insurance adjusters to explain his findings & answer their questions. Chuck put together a fair & competitive contract that met the insurance guidelines. Once the contract was signed, Mike was here everyday to supervise the project. The roofers showed up on time, every day, working a 10-12 hour day to make sure any shingles removed were completely replaced before they left for the day to avoid any exposure to the elements of an unprotected roof. Chuck was in constant communication with me via phone or text to answer any questions & keep me apprised of the progress. Photos of the progress were sent at the end of each day. We had a surprise yellow jacket infestation in our eaves but the roofers continued to work on another part of the roof while we called in an exterminator. The gutter & downspout installers also showed up on time & completed our project as promised. Chuck & Mike work very well together & run a very professional company. I found them through previous reviews on this site & certainly appreciated those who took the time to submit their experience & reviews of the service they received from this company. Chuck told me I would not be disappointed & he was right. M Construction not only met my expectations, they exceeded them with their excellent customer service, quality construction, timely communication & willingness to go above & beyond to exceed my expectations. As a perfectionist, who values quality, honesty & excellent customer service, I can highly recommend them for your roofing project."

"Home Genius were punctual, professional, and concise! Jose, the project manager, took care of and answered all my questions or concerns I had about the roof replacement. Jose called the day before with all the details of the job and made sure that I was comfortable with everything that was discussed in the contract. After the job was done, Jose was very quick and communicative with closing out the job and showing me, in detail, how the roof looked and what they installed! I did not feel stressed mainly because Jose was on top of everything that was going on and I really appreciate that. And the clean up job from the crew?? Fantastic job! So great!!"

"The whole process was amazing from Brendan answering all of our questions, to Lauren making us feel comfortable, the installers being prompt and efficient, and the install team of Walter Devan and Mike overseeing the project! Even had Mike out to make some minor adjustments today! Next project is siding and will be calling Brendan again for a smooth process!!"

"The process was seamless and project was completed early. Installers were considerate, professional and their craftsmanship was excellent!"
