"Wonderful job! I first called to put in a new fence around my pool and back yard. Then I called to add a fence to my side yard. Still impressed I called and had a fence and gate installed in my breezeway! Fair pricing, hand built and good eye for detail. I couldn’t be happier!"

"Workers were on time and delivered our fencing needs as quoted. As return customers and especially as Seniors, we're quite pleased with how polite, respectful and how trustworthy Goodrow's was once again. We're happily retaining them for a deck project and looking at some additional projects later this year exclusively with Goodrow's!"

"Excellent overall. Timely—were able to do the job (installing metal outdoor railings) within a couple of days of asking. They were very friendly. They were excellent with detail—some of the railings had scratches out of the box—they bought black spray paint and fixed that. Super job. Highly recommend them."

"Definitely a great company to work with, very professional and courteous. Answered all my questions and even remembered their bid even though we called them a year later to actually install the fence. Quick tear down and set up of posts and two days later the panels went up! Great looking fence and we've received many compliments for it. Would highly recommend this company :)"

"The landscape turf looks great and is perfect for our needs. The workers were professional, hard working and very pleasant to work with. We had a small privacy fence built. We had a small issue with the fence. We contacted Peter, and he immediately agreed to come himself and take care of it. He did so promptly and professionally and we are happy with the finished product."

"Amazing customer service, Andrew is very Straightforward and got the job done right with the best quality. He even came back to stain the fence! Would highly recommend"

"After contacting NW Natural Lighting, Dawn came to our house (on a weekend, which was nice) to do a consultation, explaining how solartubes work, helping us understand where and how they could have the most impact, and providing recommendations for where to install them and how many to install. Ours is a bit of an unusual case because we were installing the solartubes in bedrooms, but they explained that we could put dimmers in to close them at night. The installation had to be booked a month or two out because they're booked pretty far out, but the installers showed up on time and did a great job on the installation. I think our building is a little tricky to work with because the roof is pretty steep and the ceiling is lathe and plaster, but they got the solartubes in with only one extra hole in the ceiling (we pretty much end up with an extra hole in the wall or ceiling anytime anyone does work on our place). The additional light is great, and the fixtures blend in pretty well with the ceilings."

"Very friendly, good quality of work and very reasonable price"

The one challenge with Class Act Carpentry is that the firm is busy.  The brothers were committed to a project out of Seattle when I purchased the deal.  So it took a few weeks until they could come to do the work.

And, I can see why they are in demand.  They took care of quite a list of concerns during the contracted time including:  assessing the issues; purchasing the materials; installing a kick guard on my back door and repairing damage to the door frame; replacing some rotting and missing lumber on my front fence; assessing my car port for structural decay; and planing the exterior basement door so it no longer sticks to the top step; as well as explaining and consulting with me on the projects.  They took care of the issues with dispatch and friendly professionalism.

The prepay amount was $280 for four hours of carpentry work.  The final amount was $308.88 to cover the tax for the service as well as materials.  It was money well spent.
