"Ned with Mast Plumbing has been great to work with. I?ve hired him for work at my house, which involved relocating the plumbing for my washing machine, extending and repairing some water and drain lines. Ned has also helped several of my friends and some of my clients I?ve referred to him with projects ranging from plumbing new gas lines, tankless water heater installs and installing new water mains. Ned is clearly very experienced, professional and patient. He explains the process clearly, and is honest about your best options. I highly recommend Ned with Mast Plumbing, and will continue to refer him to anyone I find in need of a quality plumber."

"From the time I submitted the request on HomeAdvisor, they came out within two hours. Jeremy, the technician was very professional, identifying the problem, and recommending the solution. He was able to correct the problem within an hour timeframe and was able to show me on his scope the inside of the sewer line. He did a great job of explaining the problem in terms I could understand, and cleaned up thoroughly prior to leaving. I would definitely use his service again should I need it!"

"Great company, called about a backed up toilet. They were able to come out first thing the following morning. Jordan and Jeremy showed up in the freezing cold and cleared the clog on the drain line very quickly. They also took extra time to scope and jet the line and found a busted pipe and extensive roots in the lines as well. They got everything cleaned out very quickly and left me with a product to help keep the roots away till we can get the pipe fixed and possibly get a liner installed in the future. I would recommend Zoom drain as they were fast, professional and reasonably priced. Thank you for great service."

"When I realized I needed a plumber, HomeAdvisor recommended Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating. They called me within one minute, and came out the same day, even though it wasn't an emergency. Josh and Roberto diagnosed the problem, offered me clear options, and I chose the one that made the most sense. I'm happy with their thoughtful efficient work, and I would not hesitate to use Puget Sound Plumbing again."

"Mike was professional and had my drain cleared. After sending the camera we found roots in the line. He was able to clear the roots and I was good to go. Highly recommend his services"

"Excellent! They cleared the toy in the toilet quickly and were very professional and CLEAN! These guys are awesome! I cannot say enough good about them. THANK YOU ANDREW AND ROBERT!!"

"Excellent communication from start to finish. Plumber arrived on time and courteously explained everything he'd be doing to clear the clog. Listened to my questions and provided knowledgeable answers. The amount charged by any and all plumbers is, in my opinion, far removed from the ability of most homeowners to easily provide. The cost of clearing the clog was high, but no higher than other plumbers have charged in the past. With that in mind, I would still hire Atlas Home Services again on the merit of their customer service."

"I had worked with Vortex before to fix a water-main problem and it was a positive experience. Since then the communication style has deteriorated, from very slow response after multiple contacts/pestering, to no response at all, which is very unprofessional. If no interest in taking the project, say so. Disappointed needless to say, for I thought I had found the plumber for all my plumbing needs."
