We visited a couple of the big box stores and was not impressed. A friend recommended Ted's and we can't thank her enough. This is very professional but friendly organization. The sales person took all the time needed to understand our plan and to offer suggestions to improve it (not up pricing but real improvements). He was able to come that day to the house for the measurements and the carpet was ordered shortly after that. They were able to support our requested install date with a team of very professional installers. They arrived on time and did not waste any time getting to it. Talk about a well organized team. Furniture was moving, old carpet was being pulled and the new was going in. The site was cleaned up at the end of the first day and they finished up ahead of time on the second day. Beautiful end result and a great experience getting there. Ted's is definitely the little shop that can. Price was great, sales was great, install was great and followup was great. "As promised the installers came in on time and worked diligently to remove the ceramic tile which was extensive and very well adhered to the concrete slab, but they got the job done, prepped the floor for the installation of the wood flooring. They discussed with me how I wanted the wood layed and were open to my suggestions. The installers did a great job and easily adapted to a couple of changes I asked for. The job was finished on time and they worked hard to clean up as they went."

"I was very pleased with my experience with TLC.  I was frantic to find someone to come out same day to clean up carpet stains left by our dog and to remove the odor.  Our dog had gotten into something that did not agree with her tummy and left us quite a mess on our carpet.  TLC was extremely responsive and said they could send someone out same day between 12-2pm.  The technician arrived shortly after noon and immediately got to work.  I also liked the fact that when I called and when the technician came they both informed me that there is no guarantee of pet stains coming out 100% and that they could reappear.  They wanted to be honest with me of this fact since many companies will not tell you this.  After about 20-30 minutes I was asked to check the location and whether I was satisfied.  The stains were gone and the smell was gone!  I was very pleased with the service, the professionalism of the technician, and the price.  I would definitely use them again! <br />"

"We used Parker Brothers for the first time and wish we had known about them before. The crew was timely, clean, polite and explained the entire cleaning process to us before beginning. They cleaned four rooms, a sofa and two other upholstered chairs. Everything turned out excellent. The sofas and carpet had not been cleaned in years and they brought everything back to looking almost like new. They removed pet stains from the carpet completely. Bradley went over everything, when they finished, explaining clearly what to do for removal of future stains. He also went over again the cleaning process and how they sanitized the carpets as well as cleaning them. They double checked everything before leaving to be certain they did the job properly. Totally satisfied. Recommend highly for carpet or furniture cleaning."

"I wanted our master bedroom carpet removed and install the same plank, tile floor we have in the rest of our home. I called Simmons Floorcoverings and they were able to get the exact, same tile that we already had, Marcus came out and measured, and within a few days two installers were laying the floor. They did a beautiful job. Extremely neat and polite, no mess at all. Finished the job in two days and hauled off old carpet Our bedroom looks like the rest of the house now, just like I wanted.
