In short, this work solved the problem we had and provided the added benefits of a more energy efficient and comfortable house due to the insulation as well as better indoor air quality. Technician snaked a neighboring pipe to see if there was a back door into the suspected catch basin, but no luck. Next step: find someone to dig up the old basin then install a sump pump w. basin."
