"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

He and his helper did an excellent job of replacing a missing/damaged portion of exterior house wall. They stayed on the job, working straight through to completion. He also wrapped (winterized) an outdoor faucet; then he and his helper refastened a sagging gutter and removed a tree limb from the roof. (They worked about three hours, total.) Wish I could adopt him! I will definitely call him again."
