Work was performed and job paid for, approximately two weeks later my roof still leaked and Mr. Powell was very friendly and stated that he would return and fix any problems without further costs. He had informed me to wait until the next rain to be sure of no further leaks. So I think he was true to his word and did good work. Would use him again for roofing work."

"After calling several roofing companies for pricing and availability, I scheduled a roof maintenance service with Southern Strong because they offered the best price AND could accommodate my schedule. The very next day, Wade arrived promptly, inspected my roof, and then showed me photos as he explained the situation: the flashing around the exhaust fan (as well as other places) was not properly sealed, and there were several exposed nails and penetrations. After he caulked the exposed nails and re-secured the headwall flashing, he showed me photos of the completed work. He said that if that these repairs didn't solve the problem, he would recommend replacing the flashing and the affected shingles.
