Every day before they began, they'd touch base with us on what they were going to accomplish that day and at the end of the work day, they'd catch us up on what they got done. If at any point they encountered a problem (we had major leak damage and needed subfloor repair) they would check in and let us know what would need to be done or what could be put off.
