"We found Melissa Steiner very friendly and professional.  She showed us many different products in different price ranges.  All her products were of good quality.  She listened to what we needed and wanted.  The installation of the window treatments went smoothly.  The product took longer than expected, but that was do to the manufacturer and not Interior Connections.  But she continued to stay on top of the manufacturer for delivery, and she kept me informed during the whole product. <br />"

"The bookcase turned out beautifully, and I admire the fit and finish. Installation was as scheduled and reasonably fast. The designer, Cressa Gamache, did careful measurements, explained the options to me, sent several drawing of the proposed bookcase, and even did some experiments on lighting (the bookcase has a row of little LED lights at the top to illuminate the book spines so I can tell what the titles are even at night). There were a couple of small flaws in the initial installation, which they came back and fixed in a few days with no prodding from me. Overall I am very satisfied with this job."
