He explained everything to us thoroughly and I'm thankful for his advice to removed our carpet and pad after being saturated by groundwater --he saved us some headache dealing with drying them out and cleaning and possible mustiness and health issues! He and his team were fast but careful, very respectful and professional, and we felt like he paid special attention to us during a potentially stressful experience. We felt very well cared for, and another remediation company we had spoken with told us his advice was solid, his plan for remediation was safe and followed standard, and his prices were fair. He has over 15 years of experience dealing with water remediation and it shows not only in the quality of his work, but in the level of communication and professionalism. I highly recommend him, and will use him again if I need water removal!"

"Mountain high Flooring Was absolutely absolutely amazing. They were punctual to get at my home at 7:30 like they promised so that they would not be there all day.The job that they did would you take a company 2 to 3 days and they completed the job in one day. The guys were super friendly and they moved all the furniture that needed to be moved without charging me for that. They are a local company and Windsor and really worked to earn a person’s business, I requested information from four companies and they were the only one to pick up the phone and call me. I guess they are out to earn the customers more than the big companies. I am so thankful for the work that these guys have done and my home looks so much more beautiful now , please do yourself a favor and go straight to these guys if you want it done and at a great price ."
