"I called Rich to schedule a pickup of the furniture.  He responded that either he or his crew would be by between noon and 2 pm.  Rich arrived before 1 pm and proceeded to collect the broken furniture.  He was prompt, courteous and quick in loading the furniture.  There was a lot of wood furniture and he managed to get it all in the truck as a single load.  He also accomplished this alone as his crew was busy on another job.  I will definitely use this company again! <br />"
