Once we committed to Gary and ordered, the window and door were ready before time promised and the install team was efficient and professional. In retrospect, the window/door quality are good, even above average...but at one time, we were thinking of a very expensive, maybe wood frame, but those prices were triple+ the amount we paid. So in reality, what we received and price paid through this company, we got a great job done and above average quality product. Yes, we would highly recommend and use them again!"

The source of the concern is that the original opening the old door hung in was not square. The installer ended up using a lot of filler to make it look right. So right now everything is great. I am a little concerned about the filled area over time."

"Rich and his crew arrived on time, went right to work and did a wonderful job.  They pulled out all the ivy, weeds and other trimmings.  Rich even offered to haul away some old concrete and trash, since he was going to the dump anyway.  In all it took a total of about 6 hours. It turned out to be less than originally estimated, and Rich reduced his estimate.  I would recommend Rich Custer to anyone that needed yard or handyman service.  He is honest, hard working and reliable.  I plan on calling him again in the future for other projects."
