"Had seen ads over the years and when we were ready to have counters updated, we visited showroom.  Stephanie was thorough in providing product info, choices and an estimate that made us sure this is what we wanted to have done.  We set up an in-home appt for the detailed estimate.  Stephanie brought oodles of samples and photos and we chose our color and material.  She gave us choices on sink type and laid out all the options.  We agreed to the price, she wrote up the contract and told us the next steps.  We were contacted within the time she said to have the templating scheduled.  The templater was able to arrive earlier than planned and finished that phase in a couple hours.  Two weeks later we had our countertops installed.  The guys again were there ahead of time (we had told them if you can't be on time, be early), did a marvelous job of installing the granite, cleaned up thoroughly and told us the plumber would be there the next day to do the plumbing, reconnect existing faucets and install new disposal.  He, too, arrived early, and did an excellent job of plumbing all the pieces together.  We could not be happier with the finished job and will definitely recommend Granite Transformations to our neighbors and friends.  Our one regret is that we didn't have this done years ago."

"After the repair was done I noticed a leak in my bathroom ceiling where one of the roof vents were replaced. I called the Subcontractor Brian on a Saturday morning. The weather was cold and raining.
