"Wood flooring in hallway.  Carpet in 4 other rooms.  Carpet installation was good.  Wood flooring was good as well except I had some of the pieces pop up.  There were air gaps when walking on certain planks.  The installers were a couple of senior guys
who've installed for many years, however they seemed a little cocky?  Had them out once again to glue down and make some repairs.
Mike, the owner, was super and responded to all calls and concerns.  Came out during the installation and was concerned that everything meets our satisfaction.
Mike is a man of his word and represents his company very well.
I would recommend M&M, however these installers need to be more responsive and courteous.

"It was very good. Highly recommended without reservation."

"I worried whether I would ever find someone dependable to install flooring in my home. When first we spoke over the phone and I mentioned my concerns to Brian he said, ?Don?t worry we?re going to take care of you.?
Brian Castro and his team of highly skilled professionals came into my home; they are meticulous craftsmen.  Each day they came ready to work with a ?let?s get this job done right the first time? attitude. They worked diligently until the job was completed beautifully.  I mentioned a few changes along the way and even added a thing or two, this was truly a collaborative effort and everything ended perfectly.  I would eagerly have this crew back into my home for other projects.  Thank you Brian, you and your team are the best in the biz.  My family and I are wishing the ProTek crew and their families a wonderfully successful new year."

"Tom Cohen met with us to explain the painting and process. The product they used is Cool Coat which contracts and shrinks with weather changes and keeps the stucco repairs from not returning. It also blocks UV/UB rays up to 73% and helps keep the house a more consistent, cooler temperature. It has a lifetime warranty that is transferable to the next home owner. Since we are in the process of getting ready to sell, we felt this would be a great upgrade and would add value to the home. We started work the very next morning. Tom coordinated and over saw the entire project. He was very pleasant to work with. The crew was friendly and worked efficiently. They prepped and protected everything so the finished job was remarkable. They removed old shingles on the front of the house and re-stuccoed the front. They did come back and touch up a few things until we were satisfied. The price was reasonable considering the value of the product and the house will never have to be painted again. We were very pleased with Cielo from start to finish. I would recommend them and I would use them again if the need arises."

"Alejandro was amazing! He helped me install new carpets in some areas around my home. He was very professional and efficient! I will always remember him and recommend him!"

"Mark was great from the start! He came over for a free estimate and we could tell that he was very professional and polite. He explained to us everything that needed to be done. He did not tell us what we wanted to hear, but rather what we needed to hear - which most contractors don't do these days. He got the job done in a timely manner and the floors look great! I highly recommend Mark to anyone!

"While pricing was on higher end, the estimate was professional and timely."

"These guys did a fantastic job. They cleaned my carpets beautifully -- and quickly. There were areas that I wasn't sure would get very clean, and there were stains that I feared might not come out. It all came out great. Extremely satisfied -- and glad to support a young local entrepreneur, who is obviously very industrious and has created a fine business."
