"Called and spoke to Jim the owner. I wanted my existing metal unsecured mailbox replaced with a secure one I purchased online. Since the wood post was in good condition I wanted to keep it and just have the new one mounted on it. Jim was very professional and accommodating to my schedule. He came out promptly and did the installation of the new one quickly. He had to do some sawing and maneuvering to get it to work out but it came out perfect. "K&R did an outstanding job in replacing the shingles on my rood. Francisco's crew were very professional and their work ethic was exceptional. Robert Wood supervised the job though-out and ensured that all the details were addressed. Cleanup was ongoing throughout the three day period that they were here. Annette was on site for the entire three days to supervise the cleanup activity, which was considerable. Other than the new roof, you could not tell they were here once the job was completed. Their price was fair for the size of the job."

"Excellent experience.  The estimate was very detailed, and more than competitive.  I had time constraints, that Mr Coulter and crew accommodated at no additional cost.  Since they painted the interior of the entire house, there was extensive wall preparation needed in several rooms (due to some very old wall paper removal), and their attention to detail ensured a consistent quality throughout the house.
I wanted the job done correctly--this was the right contractor. 
The crew was professional, clean, and very pleasant individuals to have in my home for a week.  They were extremely detailed -- the quality of work showed an impressive sense of pride.  They went through at the end of each day carefully looking for any flaws, drips, etc., immediately  correcting any issues (there might have been a drop or two -- they work meticulously to avoid mistakes).
Essentially, when they were done, my house looked amazing--better than expected.
I would use them again, and highly recommend them.
