We had a small section of our vinyl floor cut out by our previous owners to install a wooden railing. We removed the railing and needed the flooring patched with some of the flooring we had stored away. I contacted so many floor companies who said the job was 'too risky' and declined the job, or told us we needed to replace the entire floor (for like $5k). Brian was super friendly and said he could do the job no problem, understood what we needed done, and did a great job! The work was finally begun after three delays, totaling nine days, after initially-promised start date. With two of those delays, Larry did not initiate contact; I called him to check when he would arrive. He said delays were caused by family issues and no-show workers. His floor work is great, but time management and communication need to be better."

"Wonderful! Cornelio was great to work with. He and his team were very professional and I feel like I was given their time and attention. Cornelio was always very responsive and helpful in decisions that we had to make. We moved out for the renovation and were out of town for part of it and he often sent me pictures in the evenings so I could see the progress. We have lived in our home for 7.5 years so we had a good feeling for what we needed. We hired an architect and a designer separately and that was helpful as we went in prepared with what we wanted done. Cornelio and his team took out a wall and a half bathroom and removed most of the plaster (we live in a 1930's row house in Washington, DC). He also built us a new half bathroom and rebuilt walls and doors that needed to be done. When he took out the plaster and such he found old pipes and wires that needed replacing and took care of it. He didn't ask for more money it was included in the work. One thing that really impressed me is we decided to keep our old cabinets and have them painted (by a separate company). When his guys took them off the wall they were damaged (not because of the guys negligence, they had been cement glued to the walls instead of screwed into the walls as they should have been. Cornelio made sure they were repaired and installed in a much better and safer way and you can't tell at all! We love our new kitchen and half bathroom so much! It makes our house much more comfortable and usable for our family!"
