"This is an upgraded review after an initial 2-star grading. Responsive customer service to issues with the purchase itself made all the difference and allowed me to keep an open mind as I continued into the installation process. Overall, other than a few "they could do this better" items, the quality, the accuracy, the value, the helpful support team, and the easy installation of my 7 motorized solar shades all point to 5 stars. We followed the measuring instructions carefully and received shades that fit each space exactly as I expected. Installation itself was easier than traditional shades using the solid brackets they provided. Questions I had during installation were answered promptly through Chat. The remote control was a bit of a challenge, so be patient if you bought a multi-channel one and have lots of shades in your room. And for some reason they don't tell you this, but you must have a remote for your motorized shades. The app alone isn't enough. Our only minor gripe is that determining how solar shades look at night was just a game of inference. It would be very helpful to have an online tool available to create your own scene, which includes shade color, indoor or outdoor, and time of day. Even samples don't help much more. Still, I'll return to them when it's time to take care of other rooms. We did this project for 2 to 3 thousand dollars less than big box store quoted us. It was a cinch."

"The custom frame was built for an 8' x5' piece of stained glass to be displayed in our church sanctuary.  The piece turned out beautiful.  It has back lighting and really is a show piece in our church. <br /> The second project they provided was a custom bookcase.  This also turned out fabulous.  This project was a bit tricky in construction and Terry and April listened to our needs and created a design which was exactly what we were looking for.  <br /> Holp Construction & Design has been a great company to work with.  They are friendly and professional and they get the job done in a timely manner.  I would recommend them to anyone. <br />"

"Very good experience! Kathy walked me through the entire process. She helped design and redesign my kitchen multiple times to get it exactly the way I wanted as I changed my mind multiple times. She was very patient and professional every step of the way. She informed me of the costs and I was very comfortable working with her. There was one cabinet door that was not sealed properly; she promptly took care of it and it was replaced at no charge to me. The most impressive part of the whole experience was that every time I walked in the door, the employees knew my name and welcomed me."

"Kitchen Choreography was very professional and was the only company we contacted who understood what we were trying to do with a European wardrobe closet system. We gutted the master suite and worked with an architect to design the space. KC designed the wardrobes/closets and vanities. The resulting master suite is unique and provides beautiful storage space. The installation went well and they were very agreeable to work around our schedule as we were contracting with others as well. <br /> <br />While we were pleased overall, there were quite a few issues. A wrong cabinet was installed on a wall full of cabinets and one of the doors was a different cabinet style. KC replaced the door and offered to pull the cabinet to replace it but we declined out of concern for what might happen. The wrong glass doors were installed and these were replaced. As the project progressed, we think KC was being stretched too thin and things were falling through the cracks. Hopefully these challenges have been resolved as they are expanding. <br />"
