"Chase and the Maize team were very professional, accommodating, organized, and did great visible work throughout the project. Activities were explained in detail, and scheduled commitments for the various projects proceeded generally on time. Small changes were discussed and closed real time. At all times the crew were professional, courteous, and neat during and leaving our home; in short excellent workers. At one point, changes needed to be made on work for the windows. The discussion was open, honest with satisfactory results both in the project and with Chase working directly with the Insurance Company to process the changes and approvals. "When we decided to paint our 16-year-old house we could not be happier with our decision to go with Real Painting & home-improvement. Carlos (the owner) and his team were the best contractors we’ve ever dealt with. They started by painting a few rooms & ceilings on the interior And then moved on to paint the entire exterior. The interior came out beautiful. They moved furniture, filled holes , took down and replaced curtains. The line from wall to ceiling and ceiling from baseboard is sharp and clean. On the exterior they power washed the whole house the first day. Next they came to replace whatever rotted trim we had. After that onto the painting and what a fantastic job they did. Communication —Carlos was in touch every day to check-in on progress and every day our house was left spotless. Price, Quality and Attention to detail these guys have it all !"
