"Very fast and efficient, I had a French drain installed along with a newer sump pump and backup pump that is battery powered so if I lose power can still keep it going. There is a problem with the secondary pump something inside wasn't right (not their fault) but they have been communicative and will come out to fix/replace it for me. Great people ! "On 6/17/26 BCM responded very promptly to my request for service by email and phone call. They quoted a price of $275.00 to remove and replace a kitchen faucet. The repair was scheduled for 6/22/26 arriving between 10:00 - 11:00 am to.start the job. Unfortunately they didn't arrive at the agreed upon time. I had to reached out around 11:30 am, and was told one of his workers hadn't shown and he was running late at his present job because he was working alone. BCM stated that he anticipated being finished with his current job by 1:00 pm and available to compete my job at that time. BCM called shortly after 12:00 pm stating that they would be arriving at my house in a few minutes. BCM arrived, with a helper and installed the kitchen faucet with no issues. The install was completed in just over an hour which was great. If BCM had communicated early on that they were running late, their rating would have been higher."
