"Luccas and his team installed a new liner in my pool last summer . It looked great ! They even helped me find a new pump for my pool and installed it . This summer when I opened my pool the liner had slipped in a couple of places . I called and they came out and fixed it at no cost . Thank you guys again for all your hard work and help . Great company to work with . I would recommend them to anyone !"

"We had our new liner installed in April 2021, right away we started talking to them about several areas of the liner falling. They came and tried to bandaid it by placing rubber pieces in the pool that don?t hold. We opened the pool this year and the liner is splitting and the areas are falling even more. I was told we had to buy the new liner and pay for a new install even though we have communicated his issue. I would not recommend that ever. We were told this liner would last 15-20 years."

"I recently hired Coen Brothers Construction on a thorough bathroom renovation, and the outcome was outstanding. Their quality was excellent, and I am delighted with the final result. Their sub-contractors were also great and worked at the same high standards as the Coen Brothers. Although we faced some communication issues at the outset, we eventually worked through them, and it significantly improved throughout the project. They paid attention to detail; when my project manager saw me stripping the trim for reuse, they recommended buying new trim and a lumber yard to get it. And it makes a big difference having new trim with clean, sharp lines. Their tile work took longer than expected, but the miter cuts the trim cuts, and the finish is excellent. They were consistently punctual, respectful of my home, and very tidy - tidying up at the end of each day. While the project took longer than anticipated, the reasonable cost and the team's meticulous attention to detail compensated for it. Coen Brothers Construction also expertly handled all necessary permits and inspections, keeping me informed every step of the way. Overall, I am satisfied with their work and would hire them again for my next project."

"They did a tremendous job in taking my old porch down and building a new porch they used Pressure treated lumber then covered by with an AZEK boards to cover all around it looks so beautiful. "This company provided a quote for a new fiberglass pool that was 100k more than the other two companies that install Latham Pools in Massachusetts. Obviously I chose another company. Now that my pool is completed, I need to install a winter safety cover. So I submitted a request for a quote with McCarthy. Someone politely gets back to me and asked me to provide additional information so they could “provide a quote right away” which I do. I got an email back. 15 minutes later saying that now they won’t quote me because I didn’t have my pool installed by them. Insisting that in the last 15 minutes they decided to only install winter covers on pools that they installed. Clearly, this action was retaliatory as they are upset that they weren’t able to take advantage of me for an additional hundred thousand dollars. It’s also really poor business form that you’re not even going to compete for my maintenance business because of your hubris. Since installing my pool, I enjoyed telling people that I saved 100K by avoiding McCarthy. N now I get to add to my story! Not only are they trying to rip people off, but they get mad when customers catch them price gouging. If you’re looking for a Lathan pool, there are much more cost-effective options as there are two other installers are located in Massachusetts. My suggestion would be to make sure you get a quote from all three."
