"It all started with a very polite and pleasant conversation to schedule an appointment. They were very accommodating as far as scheduling. They called the day before the appointment as a reminder and verification. They arrived on time for the appointment and was very professional. He wore booties covering his boots when entering the house and was cautious about keeping everything clean. The issue was assessed very quickly and I was given a very fair price. "Highly recommend Zzeo's Home Restorations. Extremely satisfied with the project work. Has water leakage into the house above the living room double windows. At first thought that the source was a roof overhang above the window. Angel gave an estimate for the work assuming it was the source. However, he warned that source could be from cracks in to mortar of the rock façade and would not know until some of the interior dry wall above the window and the roofing on the overhang was removed. Unfortunately the overhang was not the source of water intrusion. Thus had to remove the rock façade to find the source. Anel gave me a revised estimate for the work needed. So the damaged exterior wood was replace and interior drywall section replaced. The outside section where the rocks were removed was properly waterproofed. Instead of rock had this section replace with bricks. Also since the second floor window just above the leak and the double living room room window were in need of repair or replacement, had these windows replaced. Angel kept us informed as work progressed. His crew were very respectful and knowledgeable. The project results were extremely satisfying. As the project was being completed, my neighbors were very much impressed with workmanship and beauty of the work. Again highly recommend Zzeo's Home Restorations. I anticipate that I will use them for future projects."

"From initial review for estimate, Adam was superb in educating me and answering all of my questions. More importantly, treated me with utmost respect as a woman engaging this project. I was sold on Universal being a certified CertainTeed product installer. It is a superior product than what is sold in general big box stores such as Home Depot. Day of 2 layers of old shingles removal, inspector Abe showed me the sins of others. The base wood was circa 1938, and needed to go. Not unexpected however they worked with me to arrange a loan to support the extra work estimate. As well my chimney was sadly in need of professional pointing beyond the shoddy patch jobs done by prior owners. I was assigned a project manager Ben, that kept all the work moving at pace as outlined. The workers were all responsible and respectful of me and my plants and property. "From the first estimate with Harry, to interactions with Jason and finally the team that replaced my roof - everything went very smoothly and my roof looks fantastic. I had received 4 estimates for this work and J.W. Tull matched the lowest bid I received and also upgraded the shingles to CertainTeed Shingles. Turnaround time from estimate to roof completion was 6 days. The first day my roof was torn off, plank replacement where necessary, and shingle application. The roofing team work very efficiently and arrived at 8 am and worked through until 730 pm on the first day. The second day the team installed the rest of the roof, including a dormer that needed flat roof installation. When finished the team cleaned my yard up and ran the magnet in all surrounding areas. This morning you would never know they had been there the last two days as my yard was immaculate. Jason, thanks to you and your team for all your efforts - I love the roof!"
