The workers showed up on time and always cleaned up at the end of their work day. If we had any questions or concerns, Mr. Daly would respond to us as soon as possible. He also kept us up-to-date on any additional cost and would explain the price change. The crew did a wonderful job with the stucco repairs and our exterior improved vastly. After the updates were completed, we received many compliments and people wanted to know who did the work."

"Very well. Bob the owner either called or texted me within minutes whenever I tried to reach him. He made one trip to measure out everything and then sent me a detailed estimate a few days later. Once I signed the contract and placed a deposit he then ordered the materials and a week later called to tell me he received all the parts and would be down in few days. The chase cover and chimney caps are all stainless steel and custom sized for my chimney. He was right on time for the installation and was very friendly and professional. "Pat and his team were, by and large, fantastic. They executed on all aspects of the original quote flawlessly. The ribbon pointing around the stonework, especially in the front part of the house, turned out very nice. We're extremely happy with how the masonry looks. It went so smoothly, we added additional work onto the quote to seal the concrete and touch up paint along the exterior of the house. The painting wasn't as neat or clean as it could have been - it's probably a little step above what I could have done. Mostly importantly, when we encountered a couple of problems along the way, they were responsive and went above and beyond to sort it out. I think they approached the whole project very well, and even worked with us on the price for the add-ons. All-in-all, super solid work from a super solid contractor. Highly recommended."
