Somehow, it's quite stressful as homeowners, but Mike, who came to do the quote, was there the whole time the day of the work, kept us posted every hour about progress, and sent pictures. He also had to deal with picky neighbors. The work was done super well in one day. Fast forward this past summer, I heard a small leak. I texted Mike, he replied within 24 hours, and his team was back on the roof within 3 days - no questions asked and no $ required. It was fixed quickly and thoroughly. We had crazy rain in Brooklyn since then, and everything is fixed and fine. Really appreciate their work and customer service. Thank you!"

"Albert & Johnny replaced siding on my house From the time they came to give me an estimate to the time the job was complete was only 2 days. They explained the process of how they were going to do the repair, was able to match the new siding to the existing siding and they did an amazing job! They were very professional, friendly ,reasonable, reliable and very neat. They did not leave until we were completely satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend them. Great job!!"

"AAA + Courteous and professional ! I had an unusual situation where my house flooded and I was dealing with toxic mold as a result on the subfloors. For it to be completely addressed I needed my kitchen cabinets removed, but I had to get my huge granite tops out first, plus they would have to store them for me. Hence after calling several companies that were either rude, never got back to me, or just weren't interested in the job because it wasn't a huge money maker for them I finally found this gem. They came the very next day...today in fact. The workers were just as nice & neat with their work. Eventually I will need another kitchen done which I never even mentioned to them, guess who's going to get my return business????? Great company"

"Installation Date: Late August 2022 The roof installation and gutters were installed and look great. I DO NOT like what they did with the flashing on my chimney. It looked cheap, put together in haste, and with really bad and cheap materials. I had to call and argue with a representative to explain to him that the job they did on the chimney was horrible and that it had to be corrected. He tried to convince me it was the way it's done. I then showed him my neighbors house who had their roof done by another company. Power Home charges a premium and it didn't seem like they were very invested in the job they were doing. Additionally, the trash bin that was delivered was way to small and all the trash didn't fit. As a consequence, they left trash in front on my house and on my property for weeks after. I had to call a second time and resort to begging to get them to come by to pick up the trash. Overall, I feel like they didn't respect the job they were doing, the final touches were horrible, and they didn't treat my home with love or respect (as if it were their own home). Also, there is now a huge gap between the siding and the new roofing material. I fee they should have found and budgeted for a solution for that issue in the form of a bit of siding or flashing to minimize that gap. Now water and critters will get in through that gap. Overall, if I could do it again, I would defiantly NOT chose Power Home Remodeling. I DO NOT recommend them."
