Verbal agreement, on time and fixed the spring. Minimal charge. I will definitely be using Armagh Carpentry for future projects."

"In all cases he put in what he wanted, and in all cases it was a lot cheaper and WITHOUT RECEIPTS . We were charged for the upgrades but did not get them (Refused to provide receipts,even when asked repeatedly (we have texts from him saying NO RECEIPTS, NO RECEIPTS! NO RECEIPTS!). They cut a huge hole in our garage ceiling for I have no reason why. Also one in the bathroom closet. Bought cheaper toilets than the ones we chose. Became very annoyed with my wife, said he would return them but didn't and installed them anyway. This we know because they still had the identifying sticker still on it. They put the wrong flooring in. We picked one that would match the existing hallway floor. It was an upgrade so we were charged more money and they put in the cheap floor anyway. The bathroom tub was supposed to be a nice tub to go with the expensive tiles we picked. They put in the cheapest tub they could buy and refused to take it out. They then put non slip silicone strips on the bottom that makes it look even cheaper. We came to find that the reason for the strips was to hide a chip that was there. They were repeatedly told we wanted SLIDING shower doors. They purchased the cheapest one they could find with a door that opens out. We asked for power flush jet toilets. They purchased watersense toilets, got mad when we told them it was not what we wanted. Finally said they would return them but put them in anyway. They left the water sense sticker on them is how we were sure. . There were cabinets put in without spacing and as a result the doors and drawers wouldn't open without scraping against the one beside it. We had to replace and buy new ones. The countertop was installed without having a plumber come in beforehand and set up the drain, so now installation of a garbage disposal is impossible without removing the countertops and cabinets. In both bathrooms, the wall niches have mostly gray and dirty white half inch thick threshold pieces to box them out (our bath is brown based) that were cut short at the ends, then filled with gray grout as filler. They couldn't look more horrible. They were also asked to put in white grout to match the brown and white of the bathroom tiles. They put in gray. Towards the end, we asked for proof of license to contract along with receipts. They refused. We told them not to continue work until they could give us receipts and proof of license. The very next day, I came down to find workers there scrambling to finish the job they had so far taken them two months to do. We received numerous and lengthy text messages from them cursing us out, accusing us of sexual impropriety and calling us foul names until we finally had to called the police. Succinctly, this company and the persons we dealt with, Perry Panaccio and his brother Al Panaccio, are a nightmare and not people you ever want have do anything for you! I am seriously considering suing, which I have never done...it is that bad!"

"I hired Bill for a full bathroom renovation. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect the quality suggested by his reviews. The workmanship throughout the project was consistently below industry standards and required constant oversight. The attached photo is just one example of Bill's work - instead of repainting a 4? x 6? ceiling section after drywall patching, Bill simply brushed paint over the patched area?leaving an obvious mismatch that he considered ?complete.? This type of shortcut was a recurring issue. I found myself having to inspect nearly every task to ensure it was done correctly. When I raised concerns about things like visible flaws or rushed finishes, Bill often dismissed them with responses like, ?You won?t see that once the toilet is installed.? That kind of mindset does not reflect pride in workmanship or respect for the homeowner. I would not recommend him for any project where precision, planning, or high standards matter. "

"We are working on a plan to replace windows and repaint as we go.Cliff from Freshcoat was very helpful and when windows were replaced in Master Bedroom on Tuesday his crew came in 2 days later and bedroom was finished by Friday.We plan to continue with Cliff and Freshcoat for entire house as funds are available.They use Sherwin Williams paints for all jobs and the results were outstanding on Master Bedroom."
