My concerns over some drywall seams that were showing after painting were met with a willingness to fix the problem. He made things right even though it delayed him by a couple of days after fixing and repainting with a different kind of paint. He fixed another issue we had with doorknobs and hinge coloring without any problems at all and was totally professional about it all. And his entire crew was just great, answering all my questions and concerns every time I had one. They never acted annoyed with me looking over their shoulders. He kept promising to send the revised estimate “that night” — multiple times — but it never came. Days went by with no follow-up. This wasn’t my first bad experience — I met two other contractors from Angi before Jaden, and all three were sketchy, with some even appearing intoxicated.
