Dude showed up 4 hours late by himself without half the equipment needed to do the job. Didn?t clean the surface at all before starting. Took 5 hours to not even finish cutting in the edges. Got tar splatter all over my fence and house, and then told me he would not clean it up either. Eventually, he gave up on the job and left... ridiculous experience. DO NOT hire them. Scam."

Top Gear is a fairly new company. There is a calculated risk in that. Steve however is not new at the roofing game. Your not getting a flashy decaled truck, embroidered Carhartt jacket or a fancy hat. His pricing reflects his lower overhead. The rain is about to return. So time will tell if it's a fix, but I'm confident that Top Gear will make things right if it's not. Steve guaranteed his work for 5 years. With his kind of honesty, he should still be around. Plus we have 24 hour emergency response. 2. We show up on time- We will set an appointment when you call, and we will arrive when promised. 3. We stay until the job is complete- We do not start multiple projects, and partially finish them. Your project gets our full attention until it is completed. 4. Straight Forward pricing- We thoroughly inspect the property in order to include all work necessary in the base price. No surprises. 5. 100% satisfaction- We do not stop until you are happy. Period. We spend as much time as you need to understand the condition of your roof, and the actions necessary to correct the problem.
