"Nick was "great". Needed to Remove a 65" TV and replaced with a 75". The new TV needed longer screws to hang on the hanger (TV Mount) and Nick had it covered. Nick was prepared and very polite and funny nice to be around. Young family man hard working great attitude. I would recommend Nick to hang your TV, good prices. "I originally got a quote to install my new microwave over the new range. I hired them and that turned into many projects. They installed my microwave and made sure it was properly ventilated Added tile around the top of my shower and floor. Installed a new vanity light, new fan exhaust in the bathroom and split the switch where I could use them separately. Added beadboard to the wall in my bathroom, secured the vanity and added a backslash. Added new backslash in the kitchen and secured 2 cupboards. Installed a new garbage disposal and fixed and electrical outlet in my kitchen Took my old sliding glass door out and installed a new one. Cleaned the gutters for me and cleaned the leaves off my deck. Not only was Jason and Jessie very professional and courteous, they took the time to answer any questions I had and explained what they were doing, and paid attention to details. The price is worth a job well done. I highly recommend them to anyone. I know I will use them again."

"They sent root cable into house sewer drain all the way to city sewer line in alley using two different size blades.Returned and tried again. But house sewer line was still plugged. Offered to dig down eight feet in yard and insert outside clean-out for over $3000. We thought that was too much and found someone to replace house sewer line and install outside clean-out for $1500.00."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
