They worked in the cold of December to make sure we were well taken care of. They worked with our insurance company to insure we got the best shingles and other materials and that everything was installed to perfection. If I'm paying a company (or an individual) to do work on my house, I expect them to do AT LEAST as good of a job as I'd do. Sadly, this isn't always the case.
